Sounds like he poisoned his own dogs to get a pay day…. people are sue happy and will do anything for money. I bet most these people abruptly switched out there food without weaning the dog on new food hence why they get sick.

Do not feed your dog this food. It is 2024 and I am convinced this food killed one of my dogs and has given the other one kidney disease. I took them off of IAMS last year because of a drastic price increase. We had a dog many years ago that ate Beneful and seemed fine so I switched both dogs for about eight months. The older one, who had always been a picture of health and had a beautiful coat suddenly seemed less energetic, her coat was full and she could no longer get up on the bed. She was ten but again, had no issues until being on Beneful for a while-both dogs seemed less energetic so I switched them
back to IAMS. Not long after we lost our older dog to advanced kidney disease which presented no symptoms until it was too late. All of her problems started when I switched her food-I so regret doing that. Now we are finding out our younger dog who is seven, also may have kidney disease-more testing is in the works but I really believe this food made my dogs ill. I have never had a dog with kidney disease before. All of my dogs have lived very long lives until now. I know they say they changed their recipe for the better but if they replaced something bad in their older formula they may have changed other components of the food also. Just a warning about my personal experience with this food-do your research before trying it. I really think it harmed my dogs. Having two dogs of different ages develope kidney disease at the same time would be pretty unlikely,
especially given that their problems started just months after starting on this food.
As soon as I bought this brand for my dog, he started pooping blood. This disgusting dog food product is clearly poison. Why is it still on the market…… like what the hell
Purina kills dogs! Last year A friend who fed Purina dog chow for years, got a new bag and his dogs all got deathly sick on it.
This year A friend was feeding it to a litter of pups, these pups were healthy, dewormed many times and vaccinated. He ran out of food, ran and got a new bag, fed the pups twice that night and all were sick the next morning. One died within 24 hours, and the others died shortly after. He gave the vet meds but it was to late.
Purina is owned by Nestle. When one friend called after his dogs went down, they were not surprised. They were not concerned. They told him to send in the reciepts and they reimbursed him.

My dogs have eaten nothing but Purina since their puppy chow days and they are both fine (both 7 years old now). If you were to switch their food after years of the same one, THAT can cause many issues

You are DAMN RIGHT! I wish someone would’ve said this to me without having to research it. I just gave my dog Purina Vet diet pro plan food for the last week or two. My dog got pancreatitis and then he stopped eating it. And my vet consistently assured me the purina food is AMAZING! They are lying! My dog is proof of this. Scum bag vets who suggest this poison is ok should be put in prison. It’s manufactured in CHINA for god’s sake

Has people ever thought that maybe it’s an inherited health condition from their dogs parents and not the food. Like humans can eat the same exact food as another but one does from a health condition but the other lives to be 90 ijs
We recently got a bag of this for my dog. Gave him really dry skin that caused him to scratch his ear till he bleed and gave him terrible bathroom issues. Never had this issue with other dog foods.

Aside from the horror of your pet eating the processed remains of dead animals, there are more serious health risks.Ā Ā The phenobarbital used in euthanasia has been found to remain in significant amounts in meat processed from euthanized animals.Ā Ā Ā Euthanized shelter pets are often sent to rendering plants with plastic flea collars and ID tags still attached, where they are shoved into the shredding machine and these chemicals and other items are processed into the resulting meat mixture that is used in pet food.
Propylene Glycol is NOT safe. I can’t believe a veterinarian would say something like that!
My dog eats wellness core and eats fresh cooked food Purina, hills, and royal canin made my boy sick so we stopped giving him those low grade foods they are garbage
I feed my dog Blue and nothing cheaper then that you can also tell if your dog is eatting good dog food by it’s shit if it’s huge and breaks apart the dog’s eatting garbage if it’s small and Compact it’s Get in his nutrition and you can still have a big dog taking smaller shits if the dog’s eatting well I am sure a real person who understands what I am trying to say knows what I mean š¤·āāļøš¤·āāļø

If propylene glycol was poisonous then we’d all be dead because we’ve been consuming it our entire lives. It’s in everything from food to make up, to hand lotion, etc.
Purina can countersue for damages too for false claims.
Beneful is an honest brand. Read every ingredient. Purina makes healthy kibble. Also, a singular person shouldn’t be speaking as a canine nutritionist, unless she is one.
I’m willing to wager that she sells "her" preferred brand of dog food through her dog daycare.
I switched to Beneful puppy beef, my puppy is gaining weight proportional for her size.

I bought this garbage one time recently and my little dog had the worst Diarrhea Iāve seen and was throwing up after only eating one thing of wet food. P.s I only bought this garbage bc it was the only thing on the shelf I see why now

Anybody can sue anybody for anything. Using the existence of a lawsuit as a guide to make choices is just ignorant and idiotic.
To choose quality dog foods, the following three category items once you find out in ingredients, simply AVOID:
1. Chemical preservatives, such as: Butylated, Hydroxytoluene and Propylene, Or BHT, BHA.
2. Fillers. Brown rice and Quinoa are ok, but No Corn, No Barley, No White rice, No Oat, No Soy, No wheat.
3. Any By-product meats
Three good things in ingredients to our dogs:
1. Organ meat, such as: Liver, Kidney and Heart
2. Omega-3
3. Prebiotic, such as: Flax, Pea flour, Carrot, Ginger
Always remember, dog foods need about 70% meat and 30% vegetable and fruit

My parents dog has been eating this since she was a puppy. Sheās now 14 and the vet says she has the health of a 4 year old. There is no stopping that dog.

Just found this stuff out after my dog died a long time ago. I was thinking it was the dog food but the vet told me it wasnāt and acted like I was crazy. I switched food but it was too late. I spent thousands and my dog pooped out itās own intestines at the vet and blamed it on gastrointestinal issues stating it was a fluke and nothing we could do.
People are stupid read them damn ingredients before wasting money..the food isnt killing dogs look at other shiz

I’ve been giving this food to my dogs for years. I never had problems with their health. Is either luck that nothing happened to my dogs, or these people don’t know how to take good care of their dogs, and blame it on food.

Purina is one of the few companies that follows wsava guidelines and does feeding trials. there’s a reason this lawsuit was dismissed so if anyone is watching this video in 2022 and taking it seriously, please go do some research.
